Richard previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at dentalcorp and Chief Development Officer at 42 North Dental LLC. He holds the CPA, CA, CFA, and CBV designations, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.Having sat on the acquirer side of the table — and backed by trusted relationships across buyers, sellers, advisors, and industry stakeholders — we help clients approach every transaction with sharper insight, stronger positioning, and better outcomes.
